Terms of Use
Here you will find the General Terms of Use for the AUFI training platform (“AUFI”, “App”). The platform is provided by Stefan Galler (“I”, “we”). By using the app, you (“User”) agree to these terms.
Beta Version
The app is in an early development stage (“beta phase”). This means that features may frequently change, and error-free usage cannot be guaranteed. It also cannot be ruled out – although unlikely – that during this phase, data may be lost (unintentionally deleted).
Privacy Policy
AUFI only stores data that is necessary for its use. The data is associated with a user account. Account and data deletion are possible at any time. To do so, send a message with the email address linked to the account to stefan@aufi.run. Deletion generally takes place within 14 days.
Updates
The app is constantly being developed. As a result, functions may be changed, added, or removed. We take no responsibility for faulty behavior of the app. However, we will strive to fix errors and respond to inquiries.
Content
The use of AUFI is limited to planning and analyzing sports activities. Any other use is not permitted. We assume no liability for improper or illegal use of the app. The responsibility for the content lies solely with the user who creates it.
Disclaimer of Liability
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the app. Use is at the user’s own risk. The above does not affect guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to the Terms of Use
The terms of use may be adjusted in the future. The latest version of the terms is available on our website.
